There are some really good-quality tips that can be contemplate over to lose your excess body weight. Eating healthy food at regular interval lets you to have a healthy and a fit body. You should stop consuming food that has high level of fats. You should increase the intake of fresh fruits, juices and leafy vegetables with a regular exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Dancing and yoga are the best ways of workout which does not make you bore and keeps you fresh.

Healthy Eating Plan for a Healthy Diet

On Rising – One to two glass of plain water + I glass of Luke warm water with lime

Break fast – 1 cup of sprouts + 1 glass of butter milk / 1 fruit plus 1 glass of skimmed milk

Mid Morning – Tender Coconut Water / Fresh Fruit Juice

Lunch – Start with 1 bowl of Salad / soup, 2 chapattis (Prepared of 70% soybean flour + 30% wheat flour), 1 cup dal / sprouts and green sabji. Make a habit to have a fruit after your lunch (except bananas, mango, sitafal, mangoes, chikoos)

Snacks – 1 Cup coffee / tea with skimmed milk, + 2-3 Marie biscuits/ handful of chanas with skin / Bhel without sev and puri

Dinner – Veg sandwich prepared with wheat bread or same as Lunch

Note – Drink a minimum of 10 – 12 glasses of water. Make a point to eat a glass of water after every break fast, lunch and dinner. This will make you feel full and keeps you contented and will prevent you from over eating.

Good and healthy eating habits can help you a lot to fight fatigue and stay fit. Hopefully you now have good knowledge on weigh loss.
